Fact: Consumers do business, and will do business with, companies that share the same values and beliefs as those customers do. Think of it as “value congruence”. As long as companies align with customer’s values and beliefs and remain consistent when communicating the firm’s values and beliefs, those customers will remain loyal and potentially act.
Moms are quite a phenomenal creation you know. Think about this…if it wasn’t for moms, we wouldn’t even be here. All those things moms do: drying tears, taking care of you when you’re sick, sleepless nights with fussy babies, homework encouragers, kid event taxi driver, late night conversations….you probably could add much more to this.
